What to anticipate during a breathwork session.
Prepare your space: Create a comfortable and safe space for yourself where you won’t be disturbed.
Intention Setting: We will discuss and define your intention for the session. This could be something like “releasing stress,” “connecting with inner peace,” or “exploring a specific emotion.”
Breathing Pattern Selection: Together, we will determine the most suitable breathing pattern for you based on your needs and preferences.
During the session:
Grounding and Centering: We will begin by grounding and centering, bringing your awareness to your body.
Music (Optional): You can choose to have music playing during the session, or we can work in silence.
Guided Breathing: I will guide you through the chosen breathing pattern, offering reminders and adjustments as needed.
Integration: After the breathwork, we will have time to integrate your experience and reflect on any insights that may have arisen.
